Information for Honors College Applicants in Social Science

HELPFUL HINTS:
	Courses taken for your major/college requirements must be SEPARATE from courses used toward satisfying the Honors College general education requirement UNLESS your major allows an alternate track in the natural science area.
	Courses for an additional major, a teaching minor, or a specialization MAY be used for general education, subject to adviser approval.
	Check carefully to see whether any courses listed as major requirements may also satisfy parts of your college-level requirements in arts and letters, natural science and social science.
	Try to plan for Honors work outside the social sciences as well as in major-related areas.
